Nice selection of Gluten free items. They also had vegan and dairy free options as well. I had the frittata and it was excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable. All the food is premise and they just heat it up.

their muffins especially the Gluten free cranberry white chocolate was not your typical dense baked good!
