New management has changed a lot of what used to be safe. The vermicelli salads used to be fine and now use gluten soy sauce. Beware that DoorDash menu is not updated to reflect so don’t trust what is marked GF there. Only the pho is still gluten free.

Under new management.
They have recently disclosed that all “BBQ” items contain soy sauce, despite what any published menus say. (Confirmed with the owner.) Pho is still all right, as are most curries and tofu dishes.
Having been a customer since they opened, I am beyond disappointed.

Do not trust online menus — they still show gluten-free for many items that are no longer safe.
This place used to be really good about gluten allergies before Covid, and even had a bottle of gluten free peanut sauce when ordering spring rolls. They also had gluten free items marked on the menu.
Unfortunately my last few visits have ended with a reaction (ordered the veggie pho), and they don’t seem to know what gluten is. Their menu no longer marks gluten free items either.

Disappointed by the changes making none of my old favorites safe anymore.

This place used to be great for gluten free until the owner sold the restaurant just before COVID hit. Many items on the menu labeled gluten free are not because they use soy sauce. The only safe items are the pho.

Before the Pandemic my wife and I discovered this place as the only safe Pho and Vietnamese restaurant that wasn’t dedicated. Returned for the first time in years to discover the menu has changed, isn’t labeled, with less knowledgeable staff. Huge disappointment, food is still tasty though.

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and very nice. There were no gluten cross contamination issues. Ordered pho with steak and brisket, the bowl came to my table with meat that was obviously sliced way ahead of time as there were distinct color changes on the surfaces, and it did not look fresh at all. The staff quickly changed my bowl of soup, however returned with just steak and no brisket. They later apologized again for the offending meat. I also ordered an iced coffee and it was delicious. Bathrooms are outdated but clean. There were flies near my table.
Absolutely delicious. GF clearly marked and bottled GF sauces brought to the table.

I thought the food lacked flavor and I got glutened.. :(
Very safe for a Celiac. Almost all of their menu is gluten free and they keep the menu items that have gluten separate. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I've had better Vietnamese food. However, given it is challenging to find an Asian restaurant that is knowledgeable about gluten and at which I feel safe eating ... I can't complain too much!

Staff is so nice and delicious food.
Great Vietnamese food. They can make nearly everything gluten-free! They are very nice and even brought out their GF sauces to show me and I did not ask. So far we've tried the spring rolls, vermicelli salads, and pho.

I had the pork & shrimp vermicelli noodles. The pork was AMAZING. (Shrimp looked great but needed salt). I was in heaven. Most of the menu is GF and clearly marked.

This is our family's favorite. The pho is gluten-free as are many of the menu items. The owner is completely celiac aware.
Had wings and pho. Both delicious!
Le Quy is the best Pho / Vietnamese food around. The owner is usually on site and cognizant of GF issues. There is low turn over so the staff is consistent and careful. It is not a dedicated facility but most of the menu is GF. I am pretty sensitive and have never had a reaction in my many visits. Also Kid friendly.
