Don’t risk it. We go to the one in Boston all the time and the açaí bowl is Celiac safe. Yesterday at this location they have many more gluten free options on the menu so I inquired about the avocado toast. The woman told me all the bread they have is gluten free so wouldn’t be a problem. When my meal arrived I had never seen the bread it was served on before (15 years gluten free so I’ve tried it all and they definitely weren’t homemade) and it tasted good. So I only ate one half….

I have been up all night with a gluten attack. It’s not worth it and clearly someone was incorrect on the gluten precautions.

The staff I ordered with was unsure on the gf status of the sauces but did check with the manager who assured me everything was gf except for the wraps and that the staff change gloves between handling foods. The food is delicious, only giving 4 stars because the staff needs to be more knowledgeable and trained

Food is okay, but really not so spectacular. Fresh, elegantly presented—but uninspired without interesting flavors or unexpected additions. Basically, it's chopped vegetables on rice with a bit of vaguely gingery sauce. The Golden Spice Latte tastes like something you'd have to drink if you lost a bet. It's A frothy concoction of throat-burning spices and, you guessed it, not much flavor. There's also a humorous disconnect between the friendly signage in the surly staff. Maybe I got there at the end of the lunch rush and they were all grumpy and exhausted — but it didn't really feel like they were serving up peace.

Terrific place for gluten free health food. Staff is well informed, friendly & helpful. And if you still want something a bit sweet, there are plenty of smoothie options to satisfy the craving.

I absolutely love it here! The food is always super fresh and the staff is fantastic! Plus they make delicious DF shakes/smoothies if you have an allergy.

vegan and gf. best vegan I have tasted in a long time. I ordered a wrap without the wrap and had them put my food over a bed of kale. it was so good! nice staff, cute place.
