I went for ladies night with a friend. Soy sauce on the table is GF. You can order nearly the whole menu GF and they flag your order for gluten allergy. I ordered a cocktail and the waitress let me know that an ingredient in the drink I was ordering was not GF so they modified it for me. They were knowledgeable and I felt at ease.

Excellent food with amazing GF options. Very authentic so most of the food is naturally gluten free. Never experienced cross contamination either.

Wonderful!!! They had gf tempura, it was a dream come true. I also got a California roll. Just ask for real crab. We will be back!

There were so many great gluten-free options. The menu is well marked and the wait staff were really knowledgeable. My food was so good and service was excellent! I am definitely going back for the fried tiger prawn appetizer! 10/10 recommend!

This is seriously one of my favorite restaurants and the staff are very knowledgeable. The Meridian location is better and safer than the Boise location. Great variety, always great food, creative cocktails. On the more expensive side but worth it. I’ve been here over a dozen times and never gotten sick!

I didn’t have any problems, the food was yummy and it was nice to finally have Chinese food that I didn’t have to make! I didn’t use the soy sauce or get sushi- just a couple of marked gf Chinese dishes and fried rice. Filling and fun, I will be back a bunch!

They have a menu with items clearly marked as gluten free. Lots of great gf meal options. They even have gf calamari. I'm very sensitive to gluten but ate here with no issue.

So overall good experience but I don't think they need to be more careful what they put as gluten free. Most sushi restaurants that I have in have gf soy sauce (which can be argued as still not gf since it's soy) and wont include things with soy as gluten free. Eel sauce usually had soy in the sauce. Masago/Tobiko is usually prepared with soy sauce. One of the seafoods was fried (spider roll).

I just had the Philadelphia roll and Boston roll. I ordered the Spider roll but after I saw the meat was fried I just gave up on that roll.

I have eaten here A LOT and have never gotten sick. They have recently switched to using all GF soy sauce for everything in the restaurant, and it sits on every table. The GF options are labeled on the menu and there is a ton of them, including fried foods and sushi. There are also a lot of GFO available: Gluten Free Option with slight modifications. One of the best and biggest GF menus in Boise/Meridian.

They changed their menu and are cooking a lot with rice flour and using a dedicated fryer. Their chocolate GF dessert is delicious 🧁

They are pretty safe. But, they have to take all the flavor out to make it gf.

I still went for the amazing sushi though. They used to have gf sushi, but they changed their menu. When I asked if they could make the sushi from the old menu, they said "the cook can make whatever you request." So, I explained that I didn't know what was in the old ones, but I wanted it. He said he didn't know either. "Ok, well what could I order (with gf ingredients) that IS gf then?" He just turned around and walked away mumbling. I walked out and have not been back.

Even a GF chocolate volcano cake with strawberries :) everything that is GF is marked, even alcoholic beverages. Noodles, soy sauce, curry, sushi, yummy! & much more. very happy.

I have eaten here several times and the last few times I have gotten really sick. I order gluten free, check to make sure there is the lime on the plate, and double check when receiving my order. I know there are issues of cross contamination. On one occasion I didn't even make it out of the restaurant before getting sick. I can only thank my lucky stars I made it to the bathroom on time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has problems with gluten

The food is good just make sure your dish comes w a slice of lime on it as that is their code for gluten free. They have a number of good gluten free options. Things are way way better now with the new manager.

It is rare that I get a reaction these days, I've got my restaurant ordering down to an art. BUT within 30 minutes of eating the gluten free Pad Thai I knew I had been "glutened". The food was delicious, but not safe. If they are going to offer gluten free menu items they need to figure it out.

Celiac friendly?

No

While the food is good, they aren't consistent. Horrible service, and I have had a reaction once, even after being assured that they had made it without any flour. The chicken was breaded, and the next time I ordered it, it wasn't breaded and I had no reaction. I won't risk eating here again.

I ordered off the gf menu but I'm pretty sure I had a reaction 30 min after eating there. I won't risk eating there again.

Most amazing place for GF, my all time favorite place for Celiac disease. Dedicated GF…so many options, all soy sauce is now GF, fryers now hold only gluten free in the entire restaurant!

The GF crispy fried Orange Peel Chicken was AMAZING! I've never had gluten-free food taste so close to authentic Chinese food before. We came here twice to get it. I know it's supposed to be Asian Fusion, but it tastes very close to the Chinese chicken you'd get in the food court or at a take-out Chinese restaurant. Absolutely incredible!

We also tried all of their fried rice dishes that were marked GF. The hangover rice with pineapple is great, but if we had to pick ... Orange Peel Chicken was the best.

Mostly everything here is gluten free. It's clearly marked on the menu, and there is no shortage of options. Very very pleased.

Almost the entire menu is GF and the options that are not can be made GF. Decent food for an airport. Definitely a good option at DFW!
