When I walked in and asked if they had a gluten-free menu the manager or owner said no but to ask our server to tell the chef and they would prepare a gluten free meal. I asked our server if one if their specials was gluten free, she said she would go ask the chef if it was, she returned saying it was gluten free. I had ordered the grouper special with local farmer vegetables with a pecan sauce. Wow, was it excellent! The presentation was beautiful and the fish and vegetables were served on top of mashed potatoes, it was one of the best meals I have ever had even before I found out I am gluten intolerant. If I get any gluten I am sick within 30 minutes, feeling great.
