If you are celiac or gluten sensitive then this is NOT the place for you. Although they do have the standard disclaimer on their menu about cross contamination, there is HEAVY cross contamination. GF crusts are placed on wood peels that have had gluten containing crusts on them. The ingredient station is heavily contaminated. The sauce ladle is applied directly to gluten containing crusts, then placed back into the sauce and then used on GF crusts. The same process is done with all other ingredients.
While we were excited to find a place that offered gluten free pizza I think the cross contamination is so significant we won't be going back.
