They are knowledgeable enough and there are GF markings on the menu. They had a bread available, but no bun and unfortunately a shared fryer. The market definitely has some GF grocery items.

GREAT store with many healthy and GF options.

Ate at the restaurant, and told them I had a gluten allergy, ordered the smash burger with no bun and they brought it out with the bun. I let them know it was ordered lettuce wrapped and it had a gluten allergy. 90% sure they just removed the bun and threw the same burger on some lettuce, because they come out about 90 seconds later. Usually I would care but we had traveled all day and I just needed food at that point. Thankfully didn’t get sick but was very bloated the rest of the night

The only gluten free items here are in the store. There are no gf items to order in the deli. This is no better than any other grocery store for gf items

Great market for GF snacks and breakfast foods, although very expensive. Didn’t try anything made in house.

Ate here twice at the take out counter once and the sit down restaurant. Great service and wonderful food. No dedicated fryer, but for less sensitive people the fries are actually real potatoes and not the wheat coated mainstay of most island restaurants. My kids could eat the fries with no problem. We brought our own bread and buns and kitchen was happy to make our orders using our bread products. Their fish tacos and poke got high ratings from the kids and the turkey bacon Sando was A+.

They have a deli counter. I asked about gluten free bread, and they said they weren’t sure if they did. It is on their menu, but neither of the two employees I asked said they have it. That instills no confidence that they know what they’re doing with GF. They have a kids’ menu with a GF corn dog, but they were out.

Lots of GF grocery options, but staff reported that nothing from behind the counter was GF due to shared kitchen space and cross contamination. Disappointing, especially because they label things on the menu as GF.

Yikes, I went out of my way to drive to this market, and they had barely anything that I could eat. The kitchen looked completely unsafe, and they lacked so many standard grocery items. The ones that they did have were marked at double the regular mainland price or more, which I did not see anywhere else on Kauai or the big Island.

Not too many gluten free items, I like Whole Foods a whole lot better.

We ate bought something here or ate here almost every day while in Kauai. Loved the smoothies, GF crepes and grocery store full of GF food!

Had a very good breakfast with gluten free toast. They have dairy free options for the coffee and a great cranberry gluten free muffin. It's a small grocery store as well so there are some items to choose from as well if you have allergies.

sandwiches messed up from what is ordered, don't really understand cross contamination for gluten allergies/Celiac and not flexible if you are 5minutes late for a certain meal in the day. expensive expensive and the market is a waste of time for allergen friendly foods. drive up to Lihue to Papaya instead for allergen friendly items and friendly service.

Excellent GF deli items. My faves are the Curry Chicken Salad, Quinoa Salad, Lentil Salad, Broccoli and Grape Salad, and potato salad. They also carry lots of dry GF items, including GF Asian stir fry sauces which are hard to come by on Kauai. Their crepes are also very good and prepared in front of you. Fresh smoothies are also available and are delicious.
