The brisket is safe, and delicious. Please be aware that their BBQ sauce contains soy sauce, so it is not safe to eat. Ask for no bread, or else they will give you about half a loaf with your order.

It’s delicious! I don’t know for sure if it is gluten free, but I got the jalapeño sausage and beans. Spicy but good. The sides are unique, spicy, and orange. The potato salad has brisket in it. I took a gamble on GF, so I guess I’ll find out.

NOT GLUTEN FREE!! They will tell you on facebook all meats are gluten free but the manager told me she knows for a fact their rubs contain gluten and all sides have gluten accept the blue cheese slaw. I messaged them back on Facebook but no reply. BEWARE!!

Great place for bbq! I come here every time I visit Dallas and I’ve never been glutened. The smoked meat is all good, but the sausage is iffy (according to the staff). The sides are pretty straightforward, but the Lockhart slaw is especially to die for! Be sure to say “no bread,” otherwise you’ll get it with your meat.

downtown plano - had brisket and sausage and both were delicious. sides include deviled eggs and potato salad. potato salad was mayo based with sirracha but not spicy.

My hotel called ahead and said all the meats were gluten free. We did find there was a slight language barrier with the staff but the meat was delicious. They will put bread by default on the meat so be sure to say no bread and ask them to change their loves.
