Spoke to a server and there is a large risk for cross contamination. They use the same equipment for everything

The server was knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of safe options for us on the menu. We had the burgers in lettuce wraps - they were delish! We also ordered the nachos and they were also really tasty. Would highly recommend.

The staff are knowledgeable, and the food at this vegetarian restaurant is delicious. The day I visited there were 3 gf desserts available (1 on the menu and two specials), but I was so full from my tagine I didn’t have room to try them.
As usual, if you’re celiac be sure to say so when you order. Also, this place fills up quickly at lunch; best to get there early or make a reservation.

Great little lunch spot with GF options. I had the tofu curry with rice which was pretty good and my husband had the chili poutine which was also very good.

Just wonderful. Lola has a varied menu with GF, nut free, and vegan options. EVERYTHING is delicious.
You must try the vegan poutine. It’s one of the best things this vegan has eaten in a year!
The burgers are varied and tasty. My wife got the Tunisian stew which also impressed.
If we lived nearby, we’d be here often.

Gluten free is listed on the regular menu. When I specified I wanted gluten free, the server told me about which options are celiac safe and which are gluten free but with possible cross contamination risk (things in tortillas)

Excellent, tasty food. We shared the half portions of nachos and the curry and they were both delicious. You cannot make reservations so you just have to wait outside in a line to get the rest available table. It was well worth the 40 min wait.

I have visited this restaurant on three occasions and it is one of my favorite things about Montreal. The food is delicious and they have several gf options on the menu including dessert. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. My favorite items are the chili, the creme brûlée, and this new chocolate banana cheesecake they make with an almond crust. Try them out!

OMG. This place is a $$ vegetarian place that is gluten free friendly. Dishes that are gluten free and can be made vegan (dairy free!) are right on the menu. I had the curry. Excellent!
