I eat here whenever we go to Roswell NM. We always order the beef fajitas. I have yet to get sick.

I had great experiences several times here, but once got so brutally sick that I haven’t gone back. I got the Tacos Mexicanos Al Carbon, including the charro beans, chips and salsa, and tableside guacamole. The waitstaff didn’t seem super knowledgeable but were willing to check in the back.

Good food, however limited gluten free selection. The soft taco is required, but the el pastor is what my wife usually has. The beans and Spanish rice are fine. None of the enchilada sauces are safe.

Good food! No gluten free menu and the waitress probably won’t know, but the managers have a list!

Love the tacos mexicanos (al pastor and carbon are my favorite), and the omlettes and shrimp cocktail are good too! Plenty of gluten free options, and managers have been really helpful in showing which items are safe.

This was delicious! The waitress was not very knowledgeable but was conscientious and asked the chef and asked me lots of questions about what I could and couldn't eat (i.e. cheese?). I ended up getting shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas. Really yummy. They don't make the chips themselves so I was unsure if they were safe (I tried a few - they weren't anything special, no reaction). You have to kind of give them a lot of guidance but yummy and was safe for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Camerones di abla was excellent!

Not a very GF friendly menu but my travel companions were hungry and the waiter was willing to get info from the chef. I had the "tacos de camaron" without the avocado- ranch sauce since the ingredients were unknown. It was tasty and I didn't have a reaction.
No indication on the menu about gluten free options, but we were fresh off the road and wanted TACOS! So we were pleased. No sign of contamination for me but I know everyone is different. The margaritas were weak if you ask me, but this is about the food. We both had the beef tacos, which have remained the best seasoned tacos in our week long stay thus far.

the menu wasn't clear about gf. but the chef came out and spoke with me. I had grilled tilapia tacos and they were delicious.

Delicious Food! One of my favorites. Just have a conversation with the manager and they will take care of you. They use flour in their green sauces but can alter recipes for you. It is true that the chips aren't truly GF because they don't have a dedicated fryer for their chips - but there's no gluten in the ingredients. I have had great luck finding delicious food.
This restaurant should not even be on find me gluten free!!!! I don't know where the other reviewer went but my experience was TERRIBLE! First off the hostess and waitress did not even know what gluten was. Then the manager said I could have chicken and guacamole but no chips or even corn tortillas! We had to leave. Do not go there! I would have given it no stars but that's not an option.
