We have eaten several times for 2 years at this place. Pho soups are made with rice noodles. The chicken spring rolls are very good too. Stay away from crispy tofu because has been deep fried in a fryer where they fried egg rolls(wheat flour), but they offer the option to pan fried the tofu or serve soft tofu. Also, the sauce for the spring rolls has gluten. Ask for the gluten free one. There is a waiter in particular that knows really well the menu his name is JD.

The Pho noodle soup is GF and the bomb. They have a Mongolian BBQ that has GF sauces. Wish they had a GF menu.
