Lovely staff and food. I had a gluten free cheese and tomato toastie followed by a cookie. Cookie was so good I had to stop by on the way home and grab some for the journey!

I visited here based on other people's reviews on this app and wasn't disappointed. My son and I,(both coeliac),ordered a sandwich and toastie,(GF bread is always available for these but not as baguettes),and they were delicious.They also sold GF cookies and 3 choices of cake with all being covered or in clingfilm to prevent cross-contamination. The fresh smoothies, (just fruit/veg in them,no other rubbish), were amazing too and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A fantastic place to eat if you're gluten/wheat intolerant.😁

Lots of option gluten AND diary free. Full english breakfast gluten free and diary free, sausage had to be replaced by mushroom though

Amazing gluten free place for breakfast or lunch. Vast majority of the menu can be adapted (they have gluten free bread available) and they are aware of cross contamination. The selection of gluten free cakes is GREAT and they keep them separately to avoid any contamination. The owner is charm and welcoming - highly recommend it

we found this by accident, but the are fully aware of coeliac needs and keep GF bread and cakes always in stock. If you are looking for a warm friendly spot for light lunches then this is a good place in Lymington.
