Awesome Cuban food. Friendly staff. Heather, our server, was so excited about the food that the restaurant has. We never knew this restaurant was in Dunnellon Florida. I enjoyed the Roja Vieja and my wife had Picadillo. The best. We will be back.

Lugo's offers gluten free corn tortilla chips while waiting to order. The salsa is not bad, and the Mexican food selections have not hurt my stomach any time I've eaten there; just be sure you ask for corn tortillas. The restaurant orders the corn tortillas from a place in Los Angeles. They make the chips from the tortillas, and they are quite good. The tacos are similar to street tacos, but not quite as good. The kitchen staff are very friendly. The restaurant also offers American food, including breakfast lunch and dinner. The salads are good; just ask for no croutons.
