No gluten free menu. Server had no idea what gluten was. I had a salad and they had no dressing for it. I ended up using olive oil and some squeezed lemon. Won't be back!

This is the only place in southern Florida I could convince to make me GF alligator. It doesn't have a dedicated menu or a safe fryer. They aren't very aware of what gluten is, but they are willing to pan-fry alligator if you ask and that's amazing. Alligator is my favorite meat, it has incredible subtlety and it's way better than chicken. It's a tragedy that they bread it, and no where else I've tried has been willing to prepare it gluten free. The gator I had here could have been served at a 5☆, genuinely. If you've never tried gator, I highly recommend the trip. Here you may be one of the few lucky enough to appreciate it's full flavor.
