I had heard the chef was very careful, so booked a table for a quiet anniversary dinner. The ambience is lovely and the food is delicious. The server was not super knowledgeable, but talked to the chef and brought back his recommendations. I felt very confident and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back.

I go here frequently. The owner/chef has celiac. Almost everything can be GF. Incredible fried oysters, poutine, you name it. I’ve had crab dip and charcuterie as well, just tell them it needs to be GF, and you will get bread as well as fried tortillas.

Romantic atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, chef with celiac in his family. Incredibly tasty, fine dining. A perfect date night. We will go back. 😊

Food is very good — chef is GF and has celiac child and knows that keeping things separate is very important. Staff are knowledgeable about what items are GF and what aren’t. Are here with highly sensitive GF spouse and had no “after effects” from dining here. This place is a win!

With the owner/chef having a daughter with Celiac, I felt very safe eating here. Food was delicious!

Our favorite restaurant. The owner’s daughter has celiac.

Delicious dinner! Owner and chef clearly understand our limitations with a celiac grand daughter/daughter. No GF dessert on my visit though 😢
They do not have a dedicated fry vat. But, they are aware enough to ask about my sensitivity levels to determine what would and would not be safe for me to eat.
Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful. Tim discussed several menu items with me and explained what they could do to alter each dish to make it safe for me to eat.
This was/is a phenomenal restaurant with great food. We are looking forward to going back again soon.

They don't have a separate menu but can prepare the food so that it is GF. I believe the daughter of the chef/owner is a celiac and therefore he is very aware of how to handle it. I had no problem going there and was happy to be able to select off a 'normal' menu and not be limited by my options.Only weakness is that they don't have GF desserts.
