Mamacitas International Grill

Mushroom Swiss burger with the gf bun was delicious. I did the upcharge for a spinach salad instead of unsafe fries. It was a great bacon, mushroom & cheese spinach salad. A more knowledgeable waiter assisted ours, and brought my food out separately.

This is the second time we’ve been here. Super friendly with GF buns, bread, and pasta that can be switched out for any related meal. It is not celiac consious. They will do their best but there is possible cross contamination and the fries are dipped in the safe oils, etc. But for those who are less affected, it’s a great option!

The service was mediocre, he wasn't too willing to subsitutue but did eventually..... But the worst part is we both got sick. Even after specifically saying we both had a severe gluten allergy and to please use different utinsels, etc. Both feeling pretty bad now....

Mamacitas was recommended to us even without knowing we needed a restaurant that served gluten free food. As usually I figure I can find something to eat - usually a salad. Much to my surprise Mamacitas was a gem! The menu was full of gluten free options. I had the Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap and it was simply amazing! I would recommend Mamacitas to anyone who is gluten-free!

The burgers here are excellent if a little expensive. They offer Udi's buns and have gluten free pasta. Overall the most gluten free friendly restaurant in La Grande.

Most of their dishes can be made gluten-free, they always have a gf dessert option and they offer good, gf beers. The menu is very clearly marked! I highly suggest it.
