No gluten free menu. The only GF option was the appetizer chicken nachos.

Great enchiladas and staff but not great for GF. Chef flagged that pre-made tortilla chips are labelled as "made in a facility that also processes wheat", so the chicken nachos were out. They made a custom chicken. appetizer with a GF tostada but we needed two orders just to fill up my ten year old. They made us feel comfortable but the limited menu is mostly wheat enchiladas

My son has Celiac and he enjoyed the chicken nachos and guacamole.

My family and I are from ND and we were trying to find somewhere safe to eat, considering I have Celiacs. We called ahead of time and my mom spoke to the owner. She was very nice and spoke to us with great detail explaining that their flour tortillas (for enchiladas) were rolled in the morning, and after those were done they sanitize the entire kitchen area. The corn tortillas are stored in a separate area, and the gluten free items are made with great care and precaution. Gluten free items include: The Chips and Salsa (also guac) starter, The Chicken Nachos, and a Tostada. I got the Chicken Nachos and it was delicious! The staff is very easy to talk to. They even came to me to show me the taco sauce they use (just to be safe) and were quick to answer our other gluten questions. GREAT PLACE! Thank you Mama's Ladas.
