Wish we'd found this place sooner! Very well equipped for GF / Celiac requirements. Interesting venue, decor and friendly service. Reasonably priced and locally sourced, good quality and we didn't wait long. Tasty but the salmon was really overcooked (-minus a star) and portion sizes a bit skewed - my salmon was big, but the filet mignon was very small. Kid's size was just right. We got our meal to take out. Would love to come back for a Sunday Brunch or Saturday evening with live music!

I'm pregnant and was craving some pasta. We were super excited and then pretty disappointed. It wasn't necessarily that bad just not that good either. The sauce and meatballs were midocre. I could have made better at home. The noodles were good though! And the GF garlic bread. The portions are also small especially for the price. Won't go back but hey, don't know until you try!

this place is super yummy with plenty gluten free to pick from. I took my husband who was less than thrilled...until he got his jerk chicken wrap which he said was amazing.

So good!!! GF bread, pizza, pasta, desserts - you name it, they probably have it. Being GF and vegan still means you can enjoy food. Who knew!

I really wanted to love this place bc they offer so many GF options and it's an adorable little place but I had the GF Lasagna & it was more like meatloaf wrapped in a GF Lasagna noodle & It was just ok. My sister had the Mediterranean chicken with GF angle hair pasta & that was delicious! However, I ended up with a terrible case of food (not gluten poisoning) poisoning! I was up vomiting all night.

GF lasagna and GF bread was amazing. Reasonably priced. It's a small place on Beach Blvd w a lot of character. This is definitely on my revisit list.

I hate to do this bc they are trying hard and they're a small business, but the food was very bland. The garlic toast was bone dry and didn't taste any garlic whatsoever. The avocado caprese was good. We're just disappointed bc we were looking forward to some GF Italian but Mangia's fell a little short.

Mangos might be one of my top favorite restaurants in the area! The food is delicious and there are many gluten free choices. Your server starts your dining experience with cucumber lemon water...amazing and refreshing on a hot day! Our server was a friendly young lady who was extremely knowledgable about gluten free options (as a matter of fact, she told me Mangos give their employees training opportunities so they can better accommodate guests with special diets). She also told me she would alert the people making our food of my sensitivity so they would make an extra effort not to cross contaminate. These extra measures sure do mean a lot! If you would like a safe gluten free local restaurant, this is your best bet!

Lots of gluten free and vegan options in an area where they are not readily available! Super cute outdoor atmosphere! Loved it! We will be back next year!

Asian Stir fry was the best stir fry i have had in a long time! Several of my friends and I go here because we are all gluten sensitive and we always LOVE the food. Many items to choose from for GF guests! Nice casual outdoor seating.

Unfortunately, this restaurant made me very sick. I have celiac disease and get the typical tolerable symptoms with cross-contamination, but know if I ate straight gluten because I will vomit. After eating the "gluten free" lasagne and a dessert, I vomited...a lot, and felt like absolute crap for about a week. This place is not risk free for those of us with celiac disease (even though I'd really love for it to be).

Angel is the best server. The whole place is fabulous. They are wonderful. My sister has Celiacs and is allergic to soy and they were able to accommodate her. Highly recommend this place! Love the Asian Cashew Stir Fry!

Amazing! So many options and it's delicious!!! The atmosphere is wonderful and the people are friendly. All around great place!

Excellent food, buffets are extremely allergy friendly, I have never had a problem. Staff are really willing to help. I eat here regularly.

Celiac friendly for sure. My husband and I went here for dinner and enjoyed some tasty GF wraps. We were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a fun atmosphere and a safe and tasty meal. We will be back!

This great place makes Gulfport even more special! The chicken Asian peanut soup was so tasty - as was the rest of our meal... Jill (our server) was so helpful and gracious, and the coffee cake muffin (GF and DF) was amazing.

What a cool restaurant, live music on the patio first Friday and third Saturday. Lots of delicious cookies and cakes. GF meat lasagna was excellent tonight. We'll be back any time we're in town!

Absolute best allergy friendly restaurant in existence. From an egg allergy to celiac disease and pescatarian I have had the best meals of my life here! Kindest staff and tastiest carrot cake.

Found this place while at the Farmer's market. I had a dill chicken salad wrap on gf tortilla with fruit. Gf tortilla was ok, but definitely change of pace. Had carrot cake and a coconut bar for dessert. Lots of gf options and even more vegan.
