Tried this place out and it is just as good as all of the other reviews say it is! Pizza was amazing and so was the the molten chocolate cake for dessert! Separate kitchen for gluten free. If you are interested in gluten free pizza they recommend making a reservation and letting them know that you will be ordering gf pizza so that they will be prepared.

Simplesmente amei! 🥰 Ambiente aconchegante, atendimento excelente e a Pizza sabor Iris Sofia, estava muito deliciosa! 😍😋🍕 A sobremesa Chocolatíssimo, estava incrível também. 🤩🫶🏻 E ainda fomos atendidos por um garçom Brasileiro, muito simpático. I had a great experience here! Got a gluten free pizza (made in separate kitchen and oven). Nima tested negative as well. They are very good with cross contamination etc. the pizza was to die for!!! I definitely recommend going

Since being diagnosed I have yet to find a pizza that made me forget I was celiac. Until I found manifesto. They have a separate area where they make the gluten free pizzas and the base is just amazing. Lots of topping options. I ate there twice in 2 weeks I was so excited to find it. Also had my first gf gnocchi which was really good as well. Would highly recommend. I will be back. Wish they did take away - I live in hope. 💗

Made a reservation for 2 on the day of, which I recommend because it’s a small restaurant. We didn’t have to decide ahead of time whether we were ordering GF pizza. All pizzas can be made GF, most of the appetizers, and some of the pasta dishes. We had the beet gnocchi appetizer and two pizzas for dinner. All were delicious. The pizza crust reminds me of thin focaccia. We also had the tiramisu for dessert and nearly ordered a second. Delightful food and atmosphere.

Six stars. No, seven!

Outstanding pizza. You’ll forget it’s gluten free! Made in a separate dedicated GF kitchen and oven, so it’s totally safe.

They also understand other allergies well too and offer accommodations for those. They list over a dozen on their menu so it’s really an allergy-heaven.

There is a second kitchen for gluten free food, you need to inform when booking that you need glutenbfree options I think just so they are prepared. It's the best gluten free pizza I've had and I've been to Italy! They have a well labelled menu and gluten free dessert choices, recommend the tiramisu it's to die for!!

Best gf pizza I've ever had... Worth a visit!

Although we were seated right next to the brick oven for the regular pizzas (as it's in the front of the restaurant) and I have an airborne reaction to gluten, I did not get sick. When they made our GF DF pizzas, we were happy that they made them in the back in a separate kitchen. The crust was a little on the thin side but it tasted good. They are a very busy restaurant so you should get a reservation. This is authentic Italian food. We are super-sensitive and did not get sick.

Had a lovely GF pizza from the dedicated kitchen on a dedicated plate. It was delicious!

Incredibly delicious GF pizza and focaccia bread. This restaurant gets it. They don't make GF food just to have something to offer. They seem to take pride in it and well they should. It's an easy cab ride from downtown or a nice walk if the weather cooperates. Completely worth it.
