Gluten free menu, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clean, nice restaurant and the food was excellent and plentiful. Love, love, loved it.

Seem to be knowledgable of GF needs. Were honest about the chips not being GF. Parmesan shrimp with rice and black beans is delicious!

Separate gf menu. Enjoyed the enchiladas.

Be careful about cross contamination love the , ceviche

Gluten free items clearly labeled on the menu and many things to choose from. I’ve ate here many times and never got sick. Servers seem to be knowledgeable about gluten and cross contact.

Great food and ambiance, really good prices too and friendly, knowledgable staff! Had a separate gluten free menu and fryer (though they had shut that down for the evening, we were there late on a Sunday). Had enchiladas ranchera with barbacoa beef and they were excellent! My girlfriend who is celiac did not react at all, so we will be back!

My boyfriend and I went to Manny’s Cocina after seeing someone post about them. They do have a gluten free fryer and a whole gluten free menu. The food was fantastic and there was many options to choose from. We couldn’t get chips today because they didn’t have any left. That was okay I got enchiladas! This was half my meal because I forgot to take a pic until half way through. Waiter told me he would let kitchen know to do allergy protocols to ensure safety (since restaurants don’t understand celiac usually).

Super sensitive celiac and didn’t get sick!
