Mashita is my favorite restaurant in Harrisonburg. The food is delicious and has always been safe. I love the japchae, bibimbap, and ssam combo. The braised chicken and brisket are my favorite proteins. The environment is fun as well if you are dining in!

The staff was reassuring when I asked if there were gluten free/allergen protocols. The food comes well labeled as GF and bagged separately if ordering with non-celiac foods, which I appreciated.

There are plenty of gluten free choices, and they taste incredible. Many of the options are gluten free as-is! The staff is incredible about prepping food safely and caring about concerns. They bagged my to-go containers separately from non-celiac meals in the same order, even though the non-celiac meals didn’t contain gluten. We eat here very often because I feel so comfortable and love the food so much!

The menu is all clearly marked with gluten-free items and the owner is on top of things! Yum. I had the Ssam (lettuce wraps) with chicken and shiitake mushrooms. Sooooooo goooooood! We will be back!!

Food was amazingly fresh & flavorful authentic Korean food. Loved the edible flower detail. 1st rate service & selection.

The food here is amazing, Korean Style Cuisine, the smells coming from the truck are intoxicating. The owner, Mikey, really knows his foods and will always make an effort to get to know his guests!
