The majority of the foods here are already gluten free and I did not have a reaction! The food was phenomenal. The crab cake is gluten free. The chef uses a shrimp mousse as a binding agent. The waiter was very informed about what on the menu was gluten free and safe. He verified a couple menu items and specials with the chef. The kitchen is very clean. The pizzas are made in a separate area from the rest of the kitchen.
