I found out I have celiac a few months ago and since then eating out has been extremely stressful. I went here for a birthday party and before the rest of the guests arrived, I asked the server how I should go about ordering “because I have a severe gluten allergy.” She said the kitchen is very careful and more than happy to accommodate which was comforting, and suggested we walk through the menu when she gets to my table so she can note everything that’s naturally, and what can be made, gluten-free. I honestly felt a bit too overwhelmed in the moment to ask about cross contamination, but I ended up sharing the brussels sprouts, patatas bravas and veggie paella which were all delicious, very sizable portions, and I didn’t get sick!

They no longer carry GF beer or bread.
As a GF (Celiac) vegetarian, I wasn't sure about this place, since most of the GF seeming items were full of meat. I will say, it is heart breaking to go without bread (no GF bread, pita, or pasta here), but the dishes I can have (haloumi and portabella, most of the salads, and a delicious veggie dish that seemed meh on paper but amazing in real life) are well done, delicious, and filling. Service is hit or miss (Mariane is on top of things!), but overall, a solid nice place out, and I haven't gotten sick (super sensitive).

I have celiac disease, dairy and soy allergy and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding, I would highly recommend it. All of the entrées on the menu are gluten-free.

Any pasta dish can be made gf. the menu lists gf items. Their gf bread was excellent and the tapenade is marvelous. Ray and the staff are welcoming & friendly to the gf crowd. the strozzapretti -excellent. flavorful, garlic infused broccolli rabe and peas.
Loved the GF bread, love the service, atmosphere, and the food. I send people here who come to town and want a nice dining experience, and everyone always raves about it.
The Ann Arbor location said they no longer have GF pasta! No explanation... Just no more. I went because I had had the best pasta dish ever (gluten free or otherwise) there in the Shrimp Portofino w/GF pasta, but no luck. They weren't very willing to find options for me either. Plain chicken breast or unseasoned fish... We left without ordering.
