Awesome experience. I asked which flavors of ice cream had gluten (NONE!) and was asked if it was celiac or an allergy, because the mixing area is very cross contaminated. They explained that they would go in the back to make mine separate with a clean tub of ice cream. And then, they said 'fun fact, our cake, brownies, and cookie dough are all gf.' They had a list of all gf toppings, and it was a lot.

I was so excited to be able to have all the mix-ins I never can, and the ice cream itself was great. Highly recommend.

Marked allergy toppings and most/all ice cream bases were GF. They quickly ask if it’s for an allergy and get stuff from the back. Super good, but make sure you know what you’re ordering because they go to the back for 5 minutes then show back up with your ice cream!

What a great place! Like cold stone but they are happy to make a celiac safe version. They knew what celiac safe was and scooped from new containers. The yellow cake and brownies are made in house and gluten free. It was delightful and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

Love this place! They have gluten free brownies. I got the birthday cake remastered, so good. They asked if I had celiac, and when I said yes, they offered to scoop it and make it in the back to keep it safe from cross contamination. The menu isn’t marked so you do need to ask.

Fantastic celiac friendly choice. The staff was very knowledgable about cross contamination. They prepare all sandwiches and sundaes in a separate location, using new ingredients. I had no reactions whatsoever. The food was delicious. We will be back often. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This was an amazing experience. They told us all the ice cream except the cookies was gluten free. They also had vegan options, which with my dairy struggles was good. They were super busy but we did not have to ask them to take precautions. They knew to get the ice cream and all toppings from clean containers in the back. We much enjoyed our ice cream and neither of us both celiac, got sick.

Was here a few weeks ago and staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. They got me an unopened/new ice cream with clean scoop from the back and I didn’t get add ins to avoid obvious contamination. Many delicious flavors!

Good ice cream overall. We tried the DF sorbet. They prepare the ice cream like Coldstone on a cold slab and mix up the ingredients, which means they share a surface with everyone that gets cookies in their ice cream, so definitely lots of cross contamination if you get any mix ins.

Mind-blown - gluten free cake and brownies mixed into the ice-cream. Any other ice-cream will only disappoint now. Oddly enough, I didn’t see gluten-free marked anywhere but i asked based on the reviews here and the server reassured me it’s gluten free. Had the chocolate fudge with brownie and didn’t get sick. Delicious ice-cream, highly recommended

This is my favorite ice cream place!! Almost every flavor is gluten free and the staff is so knowledgeable. They opened a new container from the back for me and cleaned the scoop. Best of all: most of the toppings are gluten free!! Gluten free cake, brownies, cookies...just ask! I’ve never gotten sick!

Visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago and loved it! The service was above my expectations-very knowledgeable, nice service. Place is narrow, but masks were worn. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll-it actually has gf cake-yum! I can’t wait to return when back in MI

I have Celiac Disease and called ahead to be sure that I could eat there with precautions for my allergy. They were super great on the phone but when I got there it was kind of a mess. There was a family without masks standing way too close to my family. The mother was wearing a sweater over her face but kept bringing it down. I then found a piece of cookie dough (not gluten free) in my ice cream that I specifically said I have an allergy. It caused me to then get ill that night. The ice cream was really good but I would not recommend for Celiacs or anyone with food allergy.

The kind lady immediately washed her hands, opened a new sleeve of bowls and scooped our ice cream from a tub in the back. These people know how to do it!

They have gluten free mix ins but they use the same scoops for all mix ins. She did offer to get ice cream from the back from a new container.

Stopped here for sandwiches. The staff were very friendly and professional. They asked if our GF was for an allergy, so they toasted them in the oven, which takes longer.

The food is good, healthy sourced, but there's a penalty to GF here because they use Rudi's bread which is extremely crumbly and much smaller than the other bread. So the one of our group who is not celiac got a far bigger sandwich for the same price.

I had GF DF chocolate ice cream. It was delicious. And to prevent cross contamination, they got the ice cream from the back. Love this place.

We had two delicious sandwiches and two delicious ice cream treats. The ice cream is out of this world. My mom had the strawberry ice cream with gluten free yellow cake mixed in, strawberries mixed in and whipped cream mixed in. She thought she had died and gone to heaven. The server offered to do the mix in because we were the first customers and the stone was clean. I don't know if they have a separate space for later in the day when it is cross contaminated. I got 4 flavors of ice cream (chocolate, cherry, pistachio and peanut butter) with their home made fudge sauce. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. This was probably the best ice cream I have ever had. The server was friendly and patient while we made up our minds and took good care that we were not glutened. Couldn't have been happier.

VERY very slow service. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a gluten-free sandwich only to be told when I got up to the counter that they were out of gluten-free bread! Meaning I don't get to eat lunch today because I don't have time to go anywhere else because my conference is 20 minutes away! How about if you don't have gluten-free bread have a sign out so that people that have an allergy can leave to go find somewhere else to eat so they actually have time to have a meal!

All of their ice creams are gluten free! They even off vegan ice cream as well. As soon as I told them about my allergy they made special accommodations for me. They ensured no cross contamination by obtaining ice cream from the back of the store with separate scoops. They also took out new plastic ware for the spoon and most of all - they were super nice about it!!! Great staff.

Great quick lunch spot! Many flavors of ice cream. Short sandwich menu but all are gmo free and delicious! You can get any sandwich on Udi's bread. The chips are great too!

Best vegan ice cream I have ever had and they even have gluten free ice cream cones too! I also noticed they offer Rudi's GF bread for their sandwiches. Very accommodating! We needed dairy free and they got our ice cream from a new container in back.

I'm also dairy free - they had 3 flavors and were super accommodating. Came in both days we were in town. Yum!

This is a fantastic place to eat if you are a celiac. All the ice cream is GF, they have GF ice cream cones, GF cakes and GF bread for sandwiches. On top of that they ask if you are a Celiac and if so they have a special location and procedures to ensure everything made is safe. It was a fantastic experience.
