They made sure everything was safe for me. I thought they had amazing service. I had a great time they were super kind. I would definitely recommend this to other celiacs.

Heard raving reviews so had to check out myself. Was served by a young man called Angelo, he was so patient and helpful with outstanding service. Unfortunately, the other staff were very rude and I watched two staff ignore incoming customers. My pizza took 1.5 hours to come, with other tables who arrived later being served their food before me. Nonetheless, pizza was light and came with a little flag so I knew it was gluten free.

when in Italy, eat pizza. so yeah we went there and this has to be one of the few pizza places, where my pizza wasn't smaller than everyone elses. which is a huge win. also I liked that a lot was customisable, like what kind of Mozzarella you want (great for me as a sucker for buffalo mozzarella). also the crust was so delicious

Centrally located right by the Duomo. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. All the pizzas can be made GF, and they came out with a little flag on them. It was safe and delicious!

All pizzas can be made gluten-free. Don't trust their gluten-free beer, it is gluten reduced. Our pizza was great, they came out with a little GF flag on. Many GF desserts as well, we didn't like ours much, (the coconut one), but everything else was delicious.

There is also lactose free cheese and coconut-based vegan cheese.

I highly recommend making a reservation, there were a lot of people waiting when we arrived, but we skipped the line because of the reservation.

The pizza was excellent, the tiramisu, the same! On the front of the restaurant, on the window, they have a big gluten-free yellowo sign.

Restaurant was right by the duomo and we stopped by after doing touristy things. The burrata appetizer was delicious. I liked the crust of the pizza, but the middle was not as amazing as I had hoped. Perhaps it’s because we were eating at an off time? The servers were very friendly and the atmosphere was cheerful.

Amazing spot! Some of the best pizza I've had in Italy so far. Delicious dough. So fluffy and light. Staff are very attentive. Food even comes with a little GF flag which is reassuring! All staff are very aware of allergies and importance of no cross contamination. Highly recommend!

This pizza is awesome. We really enjoyed it, the crust is pretty close to the best we’ve ever had. The service was sadly a little bit hit and miss, but overall we had a great time. Definitely somewhere to add to the list if you’re coming to Florence.

This has to be a joke?!?! I was diagnosed two years ago with celiacs and have completely accepted the fact that almost everything I eat will be a notch (Or ten) lower than before.

Then I traveled 5500 miles, ate Mister Pizza and it ruined my life. I will forever be chasing this high, back in the US, only to be completely disappointed with the rest my pathetic eating career.

The pizza was amazing. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. My non-Celiac husband also got GF pizza and agreed that it was fantastic. When I asked, they told me that all the pizzas could be made GF. They also follow the AIC guidelines.

The whole menu can be done gluten free and safe for celiac. It was primarily pizza. It was solid gluten free pizza - definitely had better elsewhere, but still decent. The service was not great.

Let's see. You are in old town Florence enjoying the view of Santa Maria del Fiore. It's hot, the Sun is scorching and you are thirsty and craving for some food. Don't look any further. Mister Pizza is literally a few steps away. Just take a seat and they'll take care of you. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious and they have a recommended beer for everything on the menu. Can't get any better, you say? I say it can. You have issues with gluten, lactose or just prefer to eat vegan? They got you. I've had one of the best gf pizzas EVER! I have no idea what kind of flour they are using, but this crust will blow your mind, I guarantee that. Wash it down with a nice Italian-style gf beer and a gf tiramisù that's out of this world, and you will be so full you will not be able to move. Prices are really friendly as well! Seriously, you must visit this place if you are nearby!

Incredible pizza. All items on the menu can be made on a gluten free crust. There are two separate kitchens and the restaurant is AIC so it’s celiac safe. An incredible view sitting at the base of the Duomo if you sit outside. This is a fabulous spot for lunch or dinner (takeout and delivery also an option).

100% lived up to the hype from all the reviews I read here. Our waitress, Maddy, was amazing and made sure that everything I ordered was gluten free and safe for me to eat. I was even able to order a dessert that wasn’t gelato for a change 👏 My partner who isn’t gf also loves his meal. This is a must visit for anyone with gluten free requirements in Florence.

I was so looking forward to eating here especially since I read so many good gluten free reviews. I have to say I was not impressed with the crust at all. It was super hard, crunchy and not light and fluffy like other gluten free I’ve had since being in Italy. They do have lactose free and vegan cheese options. Menu is marked gluten free. Gluten free dessert options. I regret not having tried Ciro and Sons instead.
