This was hands down the most seasoned, fresh sandwich I’ve ever had! I ordered the chicken basil sandwich on gluten free bread, tomato basil soup and a GF chocolate chip cookie. No reactions to my celiac and absolutely Devine!

Went once during lunch and had no issues and an awesome bahn mi sandwich. Went back the following week and unfortunately got sick. Very dependent on who is working in the kitchen.

We frequent here weekly bc it’s wholesome and convenient. They FINALLY have a decent GF bread for sandwiches (their old wraps that seemed like folded over dry pizza crust are gone!) $2 house wine, Chicken Basil Sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, all the pizzas, green chile and breakfast are all our faves! Love their Boylan cane sugar sodas too. They usually have GF chocolate chip cookies too

Just make sure you weigh the risk and be very clear about your needs. I've had success with the pizzas and sandwiches, but not salads. I am a Celiac with gluten induced paralysis (very sensitive). This location is always busy and the flour in the air is a contamination risk to consider. That being said, I have eaten here safely. For prospective, I cannot generally walk near the grocery bakery because I will react to the flour in the air alone. A better location is the one on Colorado Blvd, which is less busy.

I love ModMarket, until I realized I was getting cross contamination! I watched them accidentally drop bread crumbs on my gf food and had to ask them to remake it. Hopefully they can come up with some better kitchen procedures for celiac.

The food was pretty good, the potatoes were not crispy at all, but maybe that was their intent? The reason for only 3 stars is that I think a $1.75 upcharge for one small piece of GF toast is too much. I had bacon and eggs. when they open one closer I'll back, but I won't have toast.

I don't have celiac but I have a severe gluten allergy that attacks my immune system just like celiac. I have eaten here many times since I've been in Colorado and have not gotten sick once from it. yummy.

I've been a fan of Modmarket since they opened up their location on Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Not only do they have a lot of gluten free options, but the food is healthy. Whatever they use for their gluten free wraps is delicious. I also like that Modmarket changes parts of their menu every now and then, which allows me to try something new. The flatiron steak salad is one of my favorites.

All soups are GF and the rest can be made GF with their homemade wraps used either in sandwiches or as pizza crust. It's surprisingly deelish. Very fresh, great tasting, a little pricey. But I always feel I'm eating healthy when I come here!

I ordered gluten free pepperoni pizza and mentioned my allergy. When it arrived the crust looked different than I remember and I asked the server to confirm it was gf before I ate. He came back and said yes, it was. A lot of their menu was different than last time, so I assumed they were using a different crust. Worst reaction I have ever had. I am so sick. It had to have been a regular crust, and not just cross contamination.

HORRIBLY glutened. Both me and my sister got terrible gluten symptoms within 2 hours of eating here last night. I had to get an IV at the ER due the severity of my reaction.

This place & the Longmont location as well as one of their Denver locations has a habit of doing this.
