Heads up - the brown rice pasta is cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. They just keep the rolling boil - therefore, not celiac safe. They were able to make another dish with zucchini noodles and grilled chicken.

My waitress Amanda was so sweet and very knowledgeable!

Brown and rice pasta was so good! I got shrimp for my protein and she said all sauces are gluten free.

Flourless chocolate cake was yummy too!

just got off the phone with this restaurant. After asking to speak with the manger twice, the person answering the phone would only say that they have gluten free brown pasta and a red sauce with no meat. I was told they do not receive frequent requests for gluten free accommodations. Based on what this restaurant communicated to me, I don't feel safe eating here. I hope they will do a better job either training their staff or just simply providing better and safer gluten free options.

if someone else in Tallahassee can share their experience as a Celiac eating at this restaurant, please share what you ate and what you did to get the restaurant to communicate what exactly they offer that is gluten free other just brown rice pasta and a meatless red sauce
