We got there and they told us they got rid of their gluten free menu and the while they could make some things gluten free it would all certainly be cross contaminated.

The server was very knowledgeable about gluten and was very willing to ask the chef about things and substitute things for me. The house seasoning they use on their steaks, veggies, and I am sure other things does contain gluten but they easily made them without it and just seasoned with salt and pepper. I had no issues after eating there. My steak was over cooked but still tasty. Here is a link I found on their website which gives allergen info. I don't think its cross containment friendly and didn't mention anything about their spices but did talk about their dressings which is helpful.

The server was aware of gluten intolerance, when asked if the au jus contained gluten or not they didn’t know. I requested no au jus with the prime rib, and no roll which the server made note of. The prime rib came with a roll on the prime rib and au jus in a cup now spilled on the bottom of the plate and on the prime rib. I told the server I requested it with out au jus and a roll, the server agreed and offered to move it to a clean plate minus the au jus and roll. This is not acceptable for myself. If I could give zero stars I would have!

No GF menu or allergen listings, just have to ask what is gluten free. Both me and my sister have celiac and basically they told us we could have any grilled meat with baked or mashed potatoes, but no seasonings on anything. I had grilled shrimp and loaded baked potato. Very good food, just not a lot of choices. The manager did tell us though that they are working on getting a GF menu out.

Mediocre steak house, mediocre understanding of gluten. The manager and wait staff seemed to have a cursory understanding of gluten allergies, but no depth. We got a well-made gluten free meal, and didn't get sick so the experience was good. Don't expect upscale quality, gluten-free menu or gluten-free marked menu. Had a much better experience at the nearby Denny's.

I have a gluten and corn allergy and the waitstaff relayed the information to the manager. He came out to our table and was extremely helpful and kind...to the point where he made up a special spice for my steak when they read that their spices did have corn. They didn't make me feel as if my questions were annoying or a burden. Highly recommend!!
Montana Mike's is mainly a steakhouse with good food. They are aware of gluten issues, but not highly trained. Their saving grace is that there are relatively few items on the menu with gluten in them. They seem to have a dedicated fryer for fries (we thought our older son asked, and we misunderstood!), but our younger son and I had some without incident. There are a wide variety of steak and (grilled) shrimp dishes that worked for us. Quite a few of the vegetable sides and baked potato options were good, too. Our older son (with Celiac) had no problems at all with grilled shrimp and loaded baked potato. I would be very attentive if I were extremely sensitive, but due to the nature of the menu, they have a lot of choices for those who feel comfortable risking a small amount of cross contamination.

Visited the restaurant on the strip. Notified the host that I was allergic to gluten, they sent the manager to my table who had zero knowledge of what gluten was and dumped an enormous (and dirty) file full of nutritional and allergy info. Most of the things on the current menu is not gluten free. I had to settle with a grilled chicken salad with no repercussions this far. I wasn't impressed with the food or selection.
Had a grilled chicken salad - was fine. Recommend confirming menu with manager as it appeared some things do change. A decent option in Branson.
lots to choose from for the area. gluten detection service dog passed food. tasted pretty good
Steak spices not GF, since also uses on chicken, had a very plain chicken breast with baked potato & broccoli. Spiced apples were mushy, and tasted from a can. Service very slow.
The gluten free menu was kind of short on selections. Food was "ok".
The spices for the steak are not gluten free.
