They don't know gluten free. No dedicated fryer so the fries will give you a gluten reaction. I told the person that I had a problem with wheat, that they had to change their gloves, the whole bit. That message did not get to the kitchen. I watched as they would pick up a roll, then pick up the lettuce. Then pick up another roll, then adjust the lettuce. I told them that I couldn't eat what they were making me and asked for a refund.

Tasty "ice burger" but no gluten free bun. This location does NOT have a dedicated fry fryer.

I ordered fries and a gluten-free burger. The restaurant assured me they had a dedicated fryer for gluten-free items. However, when my food arrived, they placed my fries on the same tray as someone else's order, which included a regular bun with gluten.

I noticed the mistake right away because of the bun and questioned it. Despite this, they simply moved the fries to my tray, even though they had come into contact with the gluten bun. I explained the risk of cross-contamination and that I couldn't eat the fries.

Unfortunately, I still got sick from the burger, which suggests a disregard for proper food safety protocols. In the end, I paid for fries I couldn't eat and got sick from the meal anyway.

Me (gluten and dairy free) and my mom’s (gluten free) favorite burger place is this one. Their gluten free buns are like no other gluten free buns we’ve tried. The fries they do are only well done so take that into consideration if you don’t like that type of fry(s). They have many gluten free options but is a not gluten free restaurant at heart so people with celiac be careful. They use the same grills for burgers and buns (the fries are gluten free).

Delicious burgers and sweet potato fries. The “ice burgers” on lettuce were great and the GF buns were delicious. They ask if it’s an allergy or preference. They have a full GF menu available online. There are GF shakes too. Service was great especially since it’s a fast food joint. They came to our table to see if we needed anything and helped clear the trays when we were finished. Highly recommend this place!

The guy on the order station didn't know they had an allergen sheet. He did offer to check with the manager who confirmed they didn't have any information about allergens available. Silly me, going ahead and ordering a turkey burger on a gluten free bun. It didn't taste great, i spent the rest of the night with an unhappy gut and scolded myself that just going to the grocery store when traveling is really easy and safe. Go to the Publix next door and save yourself the pain.
