Grilleria has wonderful grilled meat and seafood as well as a lentil soup and beef stew that are out of this world. The food is GF by ingredient list and I have eaten many times without any problems. The wait staff is friendly and always willing to check if a new dish has wheat in it. The rice does have orzo so that is something not GF but the high quality meat and grilled veggies make up for it. The red lentil soup is especially wonderful and savory. Like many places they may not know the term GF but the food is traditional with wheat not being part of the tradition so you will be safe and enjoy the flavor! Good atmosphere for adult dining while being kid tolerant. For my non-GF family the hot bread is a favorite and a type of round roll unique to here.

I went in and they flat out said they couldn't do gluten free.

They were certainly nice and friendly, but insist they do not serve gluten free food.
