Wow, they were awesome! Celiac GF and Sunflower and Sesame seed allergies.
Most of the dressings have sunflower oil in them, but it was easy to swap. They had a binder with all ingredients that they pulled out and we looked at together. I probably would not recommend this place if you have nut allergy as this is a dedicated GF and vegan place (I think also entirely vegan, def vegetarian) so basically all of their protein options are a form of nut or seed.
Unfortunately, taste wise the food lacked salt and it kind of all had the same texture/taste.

Lee went on a busy weekend day a couple of weeks ago and even though it was a bit of a wait, it was worth it! We tried two smoothies, a muffin, and an açaí bowl - all delicious!

Quick and easy gf food. However, prices are incredibly steep. Paid $10 for a small juice which is a lot in my opinion. Otherwise a good place to stop for those who are gf.

Very good. Everything is gluten free. Like everyone said it’s a little pricey for what you get but that’s pretty usual for health food like this.

Cold pressed juices, smoothies, toast, bowls, and salads listed on their menu. Good place to grab something quick. Everything we ordered and saw come out of the kitchen was in to go containers with lids even if you were eating your order there. Some menu items were marked sold out and others they told customers as they were ordering before marking the menu board. The had a good vibes only sign. The overall feel was laid back without coming across friendly somehow. Menu items were fresh and the ones we tasted were good. Bread and oats were all gluten free.

Pricey but you get a lot of food when getting a bowl. Didn’t try a smoothie or juice. Bright and inviting vibe, friendly staff. Wife is celiac so she’s super happy this place is here for when we come into town. If they could open one in Providence then it’d be even better!

Very, very expensive for what it is. With that being said, it's dedicated GF and healthy.

Fabulous smoothies, breakfast bowls (gluten free oats or Chia pudding with gf granola and fruit toppings), avocado toast, other toast choices as well.

Everything's GF and delicious. A bit expensive but par for the course with this type of food.
Worst service ever. Do not recommend
A touch pricy but they actually put a lot of flavor into a grain and kale bowl. House made pickles and fresh herbs actually make the food TASTE good instead of being just health food. If you remember the old "know fat" in Boston the quality is on par though vegan.
