Called ahead and made sure, Friday-Sunday the Injera is gluten free. Amazing food!

Horrible. I clearly told them about my celiac disease and that I am very sensitive to cross-contamination. Moreover, I specifically asked the waiter to inform the chef to be careful. Yet, they still somehow managed to include gluten in my food. This is simply not good enough. I am furious.

Injera bread that accompanies each meal is prepared with 100% Teff on weekends or with advanced notice. During the week the injera is prepared 80/20 with wheat flour.
