The owner, Maximo, and everyone at the restaurant has always been so amazing. They are so cautious about cross-contamination and are always upfront about their ability to modify orders. The servers are knowledgeable about gluten allergies and I never question my food when I’m at Nabruzzi’s! I love it so much, I had my wedding dinner (<20 people) here because we had multiple people who are on GF diets.

Very knowledgeable staff! Our servers broke down the entire menu for me and stated only two things on the menu plus the pizzas could not be made GF. Even had GF dessert! Food was to die for, expensive but so worth it! Took allergies very serious

This is my local go to, they are so allergy conscious! I love them so much that I held my wedding reception here and all allergies were handled carefully. I am gluten and dairy free and my sister is soy and gluten free- we both frequently dine here.

Delicious food and the owners and chef were VERY knowledgeable about safe options and avoidance of cross-contamination. (Although the server offered me to order fried calamari because it only had a light breading) So I would recommend ordering with the chef or owner and they will get it right

The waiter was knowledgeable and said there’s a dedicated kitchen area to avoid cross contamination. There’s Gluten free pasta and many other options to choose.

The food was utterly fantastic! I had the risotto with grilled chicken which they made separately and especially for me and it wasn’t even on the menu!

They ask up front if it’s an allergy or preference so they know whether to use the dedicated kitchen area. Which I really appreciate as some family members that went just eat GF occasionally because of me so they got the GF pasta but didn’t need the whole precautions, but I do.

Also the owner and his wife were just lovely and most accommodating.

I’d go back here every time I’m in Tampa. And my family who live here go often but you really should make reservations.

Nabruzzi Trattoria is a great find. This resturant just opened and the gluten free and allergen free options where incredible. Since all meals are made fresh to order they have the ability to modify on the fly to accommodate any request.
