Food was very mediocre and overpriced for quality of the meal. You definitely can't be sure of no CC. There are so many better options for Mexican food which is usually GF by default if it is at all authentic.

This place used to be good, but due to a management change they have axed their gluten-free menu and no longer practice the precautions they used to when you ask for gluten-free items. Avoid this place.

Poor service. Server lacked awareness of GF options and manager noted that ownership had changed in some way and didn't focus on it anymore.

This restaurant may be Low Gluten "friendly" but the food is NOT GLUTEN FREE! The server told me that depending on the time of day you eat here you the amount of cross contamination will vary. Yes, they change their fryer oil each morning and yes, the corn chips are fried each morning in the fresh oil, but from that point on all things are fried together, including the hard corn taco shells. When the manager came to our table to discuss my options she stated "we cannot guarantee our cheese is GF either because of the anti-caking agent we use when it's shredded" when I said "isn't that usually corn based?" She said "not at this restaurant" and walked away. My family and I got up and left at this point. If you can't even get cheese at a Mexican restaurant do you really want to eat there?

Educated staff knows which ingredients contain gluten. New fryer oil everyday. Fry corn products first to avoid cc. Sometimes they fry additional, server can find out if there is risk of cc for fried corn products at any point. Feel very safe eating here.
