I had the Redfish Tropicale. The fish was delicious and I would order again. Server was knowledgeable and double checked a few things with kitchen as I am also dairy free. I had no issues. GF menu is online and items are marked on the menu in the restaurant.

I love eating here. They have items marked on the menu as gluten free and their pizza crust is one of the best GF crusts I’ve eaten. The servers are knowledgeable about gluten and I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten here. The salmon is probably my favorite.

Pretty great for celiacs. Pretty sure they have a dedicated area for preparing all dishes as long as you tell them you’re allergic. Also, ordering pickup online is easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience eating at Napa Flats and felt safe the entire time. The menu is clearly marked and servers seemed knowledgeable about what is and is not gluten-free. A menu states that the GF pasta is made in a separate space and the GF pizza is made in a dedicated oven. Lots of wonderful options that didn’t make me feel like I was missing out.

This place is wonderful if you are GF. BUT if cross contamination bothers you, I would avoid it. It is a pizza kitchen and as much as they try to avoid cross contamination, it still happens here. If it does not bother you, one of the best places in town and 10/10 recommend! Palo Alto dip with GF bread is amazing.

We visited College Station and looked for a safe restaurant. We decided to try here because it had showed up in online searches for gluten free local restaurants. I was hopeful when talking with the waitress. She said there is a separate prep area and they even bake the pizza in a separate oven. We tested my daughter’s pizza with the Nima and it was positive. After our meal the waitress brought a taste of Salted Caramel gelato for me to test. It also tested positive. The waitress was excellent and the food we (non celiacs) had was delicious, but unfortunately it’s not celiac safe. They were nice enough to take the pizza off the bill though.

If you are celiac, forget it! Don’t go! Today I went to this restaurant and was a total disappointing experience. I contact them before going just to be sure if a person with allergy to gluten can have a safe meal there. They said: yes. Wrong answer. My order was a GF Margherita pizza and it wasn’t gluten free at all as they claim in their menu. The waitress apologizes and bring me back another “GF” Margherita pizza. I asked her all the questions I should ask in order to have a safe meal.I did it once, twice. She always replied that everything was gluten free. Please Napa, understand that offering a GF menu means that all your ingredients must be GF and you must avoid cross-contamination as well. If you do not understand this, you are playing with celiac’s health and life. Napa could send me straight to the hospital today. Fortunately, I had my gluten sensor with me. The result? ”Gluten Found”, twice! This place need to be more careful. They must take into account this incident and do it better next time or do not offer any GF item in the future.

This is our go to restaurant in Bryan/College Station. Being a college town staff is always changing. Sometimes you will get someone less knowledgeable about allergies due to this, but I have seen an increase in diligently training lately to prevent this. In fact the last few times we have gone in staff that have previously worked with us have come over to make sure we were getting all our needs met. Management has always been friendly and helpful as well. I have celiac and multiple allergies and my husband has celiac. We are not easy to serve, but we are always treated as wanted and valued customers. They have a gluten free menu and other allergy/diet friendly options. I love that they offer zucchini noodles, because I have a corn allergy and can’t eat the gf noodles. Most things can be adapted, but time of day determines to what degree this is possible.

Even a vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free person can eat here and love it! Not many places can pull off a pizza that has brussel sprouts :) Service was fantastic. All four pizzas were scrumptious. I was excited to hear they support local businesses by sourcing their GF crust from Taylor Made. This is definitely high on our list!

This place was great!! The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and there is a wide selection of gluten free options and they are very nice. there are dedicated areas for gluten free options. The gluten free pizza bread is by far the best I have ever had. I would definitely go again.

I have been here twice and had fabulous meals both times. The wait staff is very knowledgeable about their Gluten free items. The gelato is amazing as well.

I am a super sensitive celiac and I have eaten at Napa Flats once or twice a week without ever getting sick there. It is the only restaurant in town I absolutely trust. They are knowledgeable and careful. They have a dedicated oven for their GF pizzas, dedicated equipment for the GF pastas, and the manager will get the ingredients directly from the walk-in to avoid cross contamination. I usually get the grilled items, and they are delicious! Their vegetables are especially good. I recommend their steak, shish kabob, and grilled chicken entrees particular.
