I ordered the grilled chicken and it was the best chicken and vegetables I’ve had. The rice wasn’t the best but I still ate it.

Our waitress was Ruth. She was unfriendly and uncaring about celiac disease. My son got sick after eating there. Pretty sure the rice contained the gluten. I would not recommend.

Yes
They have GF options marked on their menu. Not a ton of options but the salads were great! Our waitress seemed new and said they do not deep fry their tortilla chips, but they seemed fried and were not labeled GF.
Yes
Menu items are marked as gf. If you look at the items with an * they can be made gf. Good food- everyone enjoyed.
Waiter was super knowledgeable and I had a great experience. Cobb salad was HUGE and shrimp appetizer was delicious
There were not many options, but I was able to get an appetizer and a main dish with sides. They both tasted very good and I didn’t get sick.

Exceptional service. Ate here twice because of a large group and I was trying to be accommodating. Felt the effects after both meals.
My GF kids were fine, but I most definitely was not.
No
Yea it was celiac friendly but what they gave me gross. They just don’t include several ingredients. I ordered shrimp and grits and ONLY got the shrimp and grits. It was so plain and bland tasting that it made me gag. The waiter took one look and refunded it without me even asking. Shrimp cocktail came without sauce. Don’t waste your time. Felt like a tourist trap. Very expensive and poor quality food.

So good!! Their menu is clearly labeled, so there’s no hassle. There’s no dessert option, but they have multiple dishes and appetizers! I will be back every time I go to Galveston. I normally don’t have seafood but I loved it. I didn’t get sick at all, and I’m very sensitive to cross contamination.
Yes
Great gluten free dinner! GF items are clearly marked on the menu. I ordered grilled fish with the Nick topping. Informed the server of gluten allergy when ordering. The fish is usually served with creole rice, but the kitchen alerted the server that the spice mix for the rice wasn't gluten-free, so they left it off. They also cooked my food in a separate area of the kitchen. Food was delicious and had no problems!
Yes
The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free. When the waiter didn’t know the answer to a question he went back and asked the chef. They prepared my food in a separate part of the kitchen with clean utensils.

I've had three good experiences here, even with restrictions beyond gluten. Food tastes good, too.
The waitress was not accommodating and not very nice in answering my questions about their gf options. She was even rude to my sister who was not ordering a gf meal when she needed to substitute a side for another side. She was not interested in making our dining experience pleasant.
Not coming back. Waiters touched our food with their hands, it was an bad odor in the atmosphere, and the waiting time was quite long. So I'm giving 0 starts to this restaurant.
Everything GF marked on menu. Waitress I had was knowledgeable and helpful.
