This restaurant has a lot of potential, but misses the mark for Celiacs. The restaurant was designed with the premise that most of the food is gluten free with only a couple of gluten foods on the menu. For a steakhouse, this is pretty easy to do. The food was delicious and the service was decent. A chef came to the table to discuss the order and they made substitutions. With some additional training, I think this restaurant has good bones and could really be successful so I don’t want to write them off just yet.
