. Not bad. Decent choices with rice noodles.
Poorly trained staff and cross contamination. After informing of gluten free needs, was told they were out of grilled chicken and offered breaded chicken. Caesar salad ordered without croutons had crouton crumbs.
Understanding of GF options, they asked me if they needed to prepare gf for an allergy or just to avoid it so they could prepare it properly. good selection of natural sodas also
Every time I eat at a noodles I get cross contamination- I actually find gluten noodles in my gluten free dishes. I always explain to them I have Celiac and they say they cook mine in a dedicated pan. Finally a manager told me the noodle containers are stacked on multiple level shelves in back often get spilled into the others below. I've stopped trying to eat at Noodles and Co.
I have eaten here several times, and gotten pretty sick about half of those times, even though I always order the same thing. The current staff doesn't seem to care much about anything, really. The last time, there were dirty dishes on nearly every table and only one patron dining, and the rest of the tables had trash or sticky stuff smeared on them. Today the tables were mostly clean, but the dining room is otherwise filthy, with food and trash all over. That's not to say the food isn't usually good, but I've not had a good run of it here as of late. The 2 people I've spoken with the last 2 visits had no idea what "gluten allergy" meant. Maybe I should stop coming for dinner and try lunch instead?
This place was very accommodating. The staff came and asked how they could help and were with me the entire time I ordered and also came out after to make sure everything was ok afternoon redress. Great place to eat. I will be coming back. Had the rice noodle spaghetti and meatballs. Amazing. Manager and cook were great!!
While I've had good success & enjoyed the food at other locations, this new location has caused gluten cross-contamination issues on my last 2 visits. The food and service are sub-par, and the staff are still not knowledgeable at all regarding their menu, certainly not about GF. It has only been open about 2 weeks, but this location is incredibly disappointing. Hoping it will improve but it will be a long time before I would consider giving it a final chance.
Excellent. My wife is gf and she said the paata was cooked perfect, unlike some place s that undercook it. Manager talked with us after and was quite knowledgeable. They have a rice pasta at no cost but mgr recommends the additional couple of bucks for the upgrade. mgr Just better when cooked. Big servings. Consider the small if not very hungry.
Good flavor....decent quality. Pretty economical.
avoid if celiac, terrible about contamination.
Noodles & Co has quite a few GF options. I had the pad Thai. Very good and I felt great. Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. I think it helped to let them know I have celiac though, as opposed to someone who is just watching their gluten intake. The manager said she carefully watched my order being prepared and it was marked on the printed order slip as well as my food container with a big green allergen gluten free sticker.
I went here thinking it would be a good quick option for lunch. I was sorely mistaken. Their allergy menu is printed on tiny pamphlets and on one larger version that resembles a laminated placemat. I chose a salad item that looked and sounded tasty and asked if I need to have anything taken off to make it gluten free. The person at the register looked at me dumbfound and turned to ask a co-worker who looked and sounded equally befuddled by my question.
Love the gluten free penne rosa!!!
I have Celiac and have eaten here a few times with no issues. The management at this location is very knowledgable about gluten issues. I have the Backyard BBQ Chicken Salad and they grilled me a chicken breast in foil to avoid any cross contamination issues that could come from the grill, instead of giving me the pre-prepared BBQ chicken.
Staff seemed unsure. Menu is misleading because they do offer GF noodles, but the only GF sauce is the pad Thai. So, the pad Thai is really the only thing a celiac can eat. It was yummy though
Did not enjoy the gluten free pasta.
The place appears to double check orders by requiring key when entering all unordinary orders sent to cook. This brings key carrier to double check and ask questions if necessary, and alerts cook that an allergy menu item is ordered. Great system to prevent mishaps. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous, gf noodles are yummy, and it's easy access off I-24.
