GF items are made with a separate toaster. Small GF menu with sandwich, cheeseburger and omelette options. Thankful to have a spot like this where you’d least expect it!

Not a huge gf offering, but at least they have one!

A gluten-free menu where I least expected to find one? That's right! My husband and I stopped for breakfast, figuring I could find eggs and ham. We found those as well as hash browns that were gluten free (make sure you ask - as they are not made from scratch), they carry English Muffins, bread and hamburger buns that are also Celiac-friendly (extra charge for menu items made GF). I also inquired about pies as it's a bakery and they don't currently carry GF pies but have a lot of customers ask and they know that their corporate office is considering making them. Fingers, crossed!The staff was friendly, answered all of my questions and most importantly - I wasn't "glutened".

Very limited gf menu - omelet, cheeseburger, or gourmet grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. Even so, it's dependably good food. I've eaten at a couple Norske Nook locations now with no issues.

Was unsure if I could eat anything here but I gladly found out they have gluten free buns and bread. Hopefully they will have gluten free pies in the future

They had a grilled cheese with bacon on gluten free bread that my celiac daughter thought was excellent. She had no symptoms after eating the entire sandwich.

the waitress was super nice and helpful with the menu. Menu items can be made gf if you ask. Had eggs, thick cut bacon, hash browns and gf white toast with jam.
