Not sure how celiacs ate pizza here. My daughter is 11 we asked them to make the gf crust pizza on Al foil in the oven they said they couldn’t. A gf crust in a wood fire oven w gluten crust isn’t contamination free. My daughter had roasted broccoli and arugula burrata strawberry salad. It came w 4 strawberries. Staff was very willing to ask kitchen questions but no gf pasta and no option to cook separately didn’t work for us.

By far the BEST gluten free crust I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Thin and crispy on the edges. Not that pre-fab junk most places have that you can hardly chew. Their toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I am dairy free so even without cheese it is fantastic with so much flavor.

Gluten free pizza crust is great! Gluten free bread for sandwiches is good as well. Even gluten free desserts. No pasta though ;-(

I have spoken to the owner and he states that the items are not gluten free. They are made from gluten free ingredients but are prepared and cooked in a regular environment so they do not remain gluten free.
The menu has a good gluten free variety. I ordered the Italian sandwich and it was delicious. Their pizza is pretty good too.

I've been here a couple times and both times have not gotten sick. I'm pretty sensitive to cross contamination so I was thrilled to find a new spot with such delicious food and caring/helpful staff. Will be returning soon!
