Ordered gluten free pasta and there where wheat spaghetti noodles all throughout the gf pasta, instantly made my day a million times worse. Spoke to the manger for an hour and she explained they had a strict policy with cross contamination, etc. then went on and on for an hour trying to find the worker who made it but never could, never got my money back and was out 22$ if u have an wheat allergy please don’t eat here :)

Having a severe allergy to gluten I have always been extremely careful where I ate. When I called the Olive Garden in Jonesboro I asked them if there was any chance of cross contamination, they told me no and told me they took that extremely serious. Five mins after starting to eat my gluten free dish I started having seizures. Come to find out they cooked the gluten free pasta in the same water as the wheat pasta! I would give 0 stars if possible. The one in Little Rock was amazing I had no problems with the EXACT same dish only four days prior to eating in Jonesboro. So if you have any sensitivity to gluten DO NOT eat at OG in Jonesboro!

I just went to Olive Garden, stated my allergy, and then ordered Gluten Free pasta option they have, if I dont remember wrong it was Gluten Free Rotini with meat sauce. I didn’t get any reaction, (I usually get respiratory and skin reaction to gluten) and it was absolutely delicious!!!

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.

I have celiac and have never had symptoms from eating there. The selections are limited for gluten free., but are getting better. I met girl friends there for lunch once. They didn't have some of the items I asked for, so I ordered substitutions. The other girls had $5-$6 lunches while I was charged $26!.

Got the GF rotini, had no reaction, the two times we’ve eaten there. Overall a good experience.
