Really enjoyed this lowkey restaurant with authentic Hawaiian food. It was all so flavourful. The menu is no longer labeled GF options but the staff was able to direct us to what was safe. We got the "special Hawaiian plates" with Kalua pig and Lau Lau. I didnt get sick and will be coming back here for sure!

I ate here and had no problems but the very kind server emphasized that they cannot guarantee safety from cross contamination, so definitely consider whether or not it’s worth it to you! I had the pork laulau, haupia, poi, and salmon lomi, I’m glad I tried them!

Our waiter was the hardest working, nicest guy I’ve seen in a restaurant. He read through the entire menu explaining what has gluten and what doesn’t. Gluten is in anything labeled BBQ, fried (except fried pork belly), or poke (contained gluten soy sauce). Everything else at this time was gluten free. I tried a lot of stuff, it was all amazing, and I didn’t get sick. A must for anyone who wants to try Hawaiian food at a great price. Not a fancy place, but a great restaurant with great people and great gluten free food.

The menu marks what items have gluten. Great selection and friendly service. For my mother and I who are both celiac we loved everything there.

Almost a completely gluten free menu. Very prepared about GF. Great traditional Hawaiian food with generous portions. Calm, clean, and modest. A welcome break from Waikiki. The plates had a little of everything- it was fun to be able to try so many new things! Definitely recommend.

Best traditional hawaiian food. so ono. Squid luau is my favorite an it's the best here. it's a side dish. you mush try it. similar to a spinach soup but just put of this world. Pork laulau is also a must for your meal. most traditional hawaiian food is gluten free. but you want to ask to be sure. watch out for the pipikaula
