They use noodles made from yams, which in my opinion was mushy and not as good as rice pasta. What I take issue with is the $3-4 surcharge for this pasta on top of the regular price for the dish. That smacks of gauging to me, and for an average tasting dish at best.
I ordered the GF NOodles and asked for no dairy since I'm allergic to both. I was very sick after the meal. I'm not sure which ingredient it was, but I won't be comfortable if I ever return.
We really enjoyed ourselves. They were not perfect (there were a couple stray croutons in the kids' salad), but they were really accommodating and friendly. My son was having trouble sitting near the kitchen with the fresh-baked rolls cooking, so they moved us near the door, and checked in on him later. The NOoodles are odd. I'd probably prefer rice noodles, but on the bright side, they are almost no calories. The sauces were great. The salads were great. The desserts were great. The people were really nice. You just have to watch carefully for mistakes & you can have a good experience.
Gf noodles were really bad
