Have picked up the food on site and have had it shipped across the country. I have always ordered the sample packs. Food is vacuum packed and frozen. It arrived in California completely frozen with plenty of dry ice to spare. The meals are very rich and filling. My gluten free self enjoys having yet another option for frozen dinners. On a side note my gluten loving husband did say he became ill after eating the wonton soup (over a couple days) but I had no problems with it. The chocolate chips cookies are quite tasty.

This company is great for anyone with an autoimmune disorder. They are the only nationwide meal delivery service I've found offering an Autoimmune Protocol menu. The food is great with tons of flavor. They have Tortillas, Pot Pies and amazing breakfast meals! Love this company.
