Palisades Deli Cafe

This is my first time in Calistoga and I was craving pizza. I went in and inquired about the safety measures taken for someone with gluten intolerance. The lady behind the counter was so kind and patient. She went and got the chef from the back who insured us she could be careful and take precautions. The food was amazing and I did not get sick. The manager in charge was also incredibly friendly and supportive of her team. Very impressed. A must try!

Had no gluten free bread as of June 2019 and they informed me that they did not have anything gluten free to eat

Ordered the Cobb salad without croutons over the phone. Explained that I was allergic to wheat. Picked up salad. Had croutons. Had to go back and they made it over. Didn't feel very knowledgable about gluten.

Napa Valley Veggie sandwich was ok but I got it without the goat cheese so I am sure that took away from the overall flavor. But they had gf bread so I was happy. They also have a separate taco and burritos menu which is an option as well if you get corn tortillas.

Nice little deli in Calistoga that has gluten free bread! So you can make your own sandwich or pick one of theirs and put it on gf bread. They also have tacos which were really good.
