love the staff, always willing to help you pick out gluten-free menu items, food is delicious. I don't know anything about a dedicated gf fryer, though.

Top-notch Thai food. I recommend the fried tofu triangles, soup, pad thai & green curry. Very fresh ingredients, knowledgable & helpful staff. No separate GF menu, but they will tell you what can be done GF. I've been there a couple of times with no reaction. Enjoy!!
