Pancake chef’s gluten free tenders are amazing! We subbed out the French fries for mashed potatoes. Everything was AMAZING!

Run my celiac friends. Pancakes are made on same griddle as other pancakes. Gf toast is made in same toaster as other toast.

Food was wonderful!! I have celiac but I am not highly sensitive. My family and I went and the food was delicious! Our waiter did wonderfully with handling my meal, going as far as to have a different waiter carry my plate so she wasn't carrying it with my families plate. I did have minor cramps about an hour after, I do not know if that was a direct cause of the food or not.

Ate there during COVID-19 pandemic. Could not reach them on the phone so went downtown. They did not offer carry-out, so we got an isolated table in the back. Celiac family member ordered GF pancakes. Non-celiac but gluten-sensitive person ordered chef's breakfast (meat, eggs, hash browns, gluten-free pancakes). No ham available and no substitutions available. Best thing about the meal was that the garnish (bit of kale and two grapes) was delicious, and the eggs were good. The hash browns were greasy. The bacon was OK at best. The allegedly GF pancakes tasted good, too, but celiac family member quickly developed severe abdominal cramps. Either the pancakes weren't GF or there was significant contamination. Also, they have a surcharge for using credit cards. We do not plan to return.

The staff seem to be fairly knowledgeable, and they aren’t forgetful, either.
The gluten-free flapjacks (pancakes) are just about the same size as the regular ones. In addition, you get five of ‘em for a standard order.
Overall, this was a pretty decent pancake place. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.

GLUTEN FREE pancakes!!!!! 100%👏🏻 I have celiac disease and did NOT get sick after eating the pancakes. Tell them you are allergic and they’ll make them on a separate preparation station. Would definitely go back! (They do have other gluten free options but the pancakes were sooo good!!)
Yes
Waitress was excellent! Ordered hash browns and veggie omelette. Recommend
Had breakfast for dinner, and it was great and gluten free without having to substitute anything. GF pancakes were good (almond based?) and I didn’t have a reaction after.

This place needs to be removed off this list. They may offer gluten free but I got sick after drinking a cup of coffee! Off from coffee you ask, yes, they put saltines in their sugar container to keep it fresh. I would never of seen it if it wasn't for it blocking the pour sprout. Very disappointed and will not be back. Wait staff is not knowledgeable at all, not to mention the outrageous price, $42.00 for 2 people for a breakfast that would only cost 1/2 the price elsewhere.

Yummy breakfast! We were so hungry and the eggs and hash browns were dekiscoiys!

They have gluten free toast options and gluten free pancakes that are amazing!
Excellent food with many GF options. Separate cooking area in the kitchen got GF. Best GF pancakes I’ve had. Very accommodating.
My server seemed knowledgeable when I informed her I had Celiac’s Disease- she told me that they would wash and clean the area my sandwich would be prepared. She brought it out with & touching fries. I asked if the fries had a dedicated fryer and she said no... 🙄 she did bring another plate for the fries to go on.. I shouldn’t have ate the sandwich but I did.. and here I sit less than 40 minutes later sick on the toilet :(
Be aware of the seasonality of this area. I would recommend coming between memorial day and labor day. We were here the weekend before memorial day and GF pancakes were not available.
GF pancakes were amazing. Eggs. Sausage links and hash browns also extremely good. I ordered my eggs over medium well and they were perfect. Will definitely return. Compliments to the chef!

My waitress was really unhelpful. She said they didn't have a dedicated fryer and the only thing I could substitute was the soup and salad bar. I don't trust open salad bars to not be cross contaminated and I couldn't eat any of the soups. I wasn't going to pay nearly $20 after the gf bun upcharge and the salad bar upcharge for a burger and a possibly contaminated salad, so I didn't eat here.

Had lunch, dedicated fryer and cooking space. Chef paid us a visit to reassure us. Our daughter loved the burger and fries.

My son who has Celiac had the gluten free pancakes with blueberries. They gave him 5 pancakes that were about 5 inches in diameter and were quite fluffy. Our waiter, Nikola, was very kind and explained the gluten free food was made in a different area of the kitchen and the grills were not shared. When we first walked in I asked the host if they had gf options and he rattled off several, including buns, and said to make sure we told our server we needed gluten free so they could make sure the kitchen was informed. My son finished off all of the pancakes and had no reaction. We will for sure go back the next time we are in the area.
This place is so friendly and have many gf options everyone was very welcoming. Highly recommend it. I got the gf pancakes with bananas and chocolate chips. It was very good!

My server, Amanda, was super helpful and could answer my questions, or was willing to go find out if she didn't know. I had the gluten free pancakes with bananas and pecans, and they were AMAZING! I definitely recommend this restaurant.
UPDATE: JULY 2017
My boyfriend and I stopped here on our trip back south from the Porcupine Mountains. We were immediately greeted by George who welcomed us with a smiling face, and made us feel like family. We had great service from Nikola, who was patient, informative, and helpful in making sure all my dietary restrictions were met. We both got the Bison burgers with the salad bar, and they were amazing. Everything was home made, down to the freshly grated cheese at the salad bar. On previous visits I have also had the GF pancakes, which were delicious as well. Their prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely return to this place that made us feel like we were coming home for dinner.
I overate because I could! Delicious and safe. 👍👍

Our waitress was superb. My daughter and I both have celiac and went out of her way to make sure everything was safe. We had a wonderful breakfast and definitely would go back

Over the course of a few days I had breakfast here 3 times and was never disappointed! Awesome omelettes and gluten free toast. Yes they use Pamela's mix for pancakes and is still good. Wait staff is very friendly. Go here as soon as it opens before going to the island!
Their gluten free pancakes were delicious. They also had sugar free syrup available . Cozy restaurant. .friendly staff..and they have Canadian bacon, regular bacon, sausage etc. Really good!
Yes
The gfree pancakes were a delight. I asked them to add pecans and they did! 5 pancakes are $10+, but it was nice to be able to go out for breakfast and get something besides eggs and bacon. They use Pamela's pancake mix. No ill effects. They also have gfree bread, but I didn't try it.
they may have gluten free pancakes on the menu but that is it. even the breakfast sausage is battered!?! NOTHING on the dinner buffet was gluten free except corn and iceberg lettuce salad.

Pancakes are good and gluten free, you get 5 huge ones for one order!
