I have dairy and gluten free restrictions. The menu have no gluten free maked options at all. However the staff kindly helped me making my breakfast safe for me. Anyways I will say that expected cross contamination from this restaurant.

They do not have a separate gluten-free menu. However, they were knowledgeable and understood what was gluten-free. They recommended the all-American breakfast which had two eggs and smashed potatoes a choice of meat, I got bacon, and gluten-free toast. It was good and I did not get sick from it. You’re not looking for the most amazing breakfast of your life but I felt safe and confident eating there and I’m gonna eat there every day while we’re at the Mirage.

The food quality was great but not many options. I would say spend your money elsewhere that’s worth it!! No gluten free menu provided. Service was very confusing as well. We had like 4 different servers even though we sat at a table and a host sat us.

Updating my review from 3 years ago.
This is my go to breakfast place in Vegas. I’d recommend sitting at a table for a more attentive staff and also the table staff tend to speak better English than at the bar. I bring this up because we have to communicate the gluten issue.
My order was completely wrong - due to the language gap but it was at least Gf and safe. The kitchen staff call it out as GF when bringing to you and I double checked.
Definitely recommend the eggs, hash, and corn beef skillet!

Our server Thelma explained what was GF on the menu then made sure the cooks made the dish GF. She even had them start over when they got something wrong.

Eggs?! Wow, I can have eggs. Or, they can make me a sandwich without bread. 🤣 $20 for an egg sandwich without the bread. 🤔✋

Staff was knowledgeable and understands cross contamination. I ordered the spinach, tomato, and cheddar cheese omelette with smashed potatoes and gluten free toast. The potatoes are baked then smashed on a separate area on the griddle. The toast is baked in the oven on its own plate.

Sat at the bar at first, but decided to move to a table to ensure a more attentive waiter. They made me a bit nervous at first because I had to explain why I didn’t want the cups or silverware left on the table, but I did not get sick. I got two eggs, a cup of fruit and some tasty gf toast. Pricey, but what isn’t in Vegas?
Yes
A few good gf choices. The corned beef hash with gluten free toast is amazing!

Gluten free options clearly marked. I had the Garden Vegetable Hash and it was Delicious! Waiter was knowledgeable. I would definitely go again.

The menu was marked with GF options but they were few. I ate the fruit cup and single scrambled egg with no reaction. The service we received at our table was not great.
Yes
Great place for a salad, but not much else gluten free. Our wait person knew all about gluten and was embarrassed they didn't have more to offer.
Had the fish tacos which were safe. They were good, not the most fantastic meal but service was great and they were super fast.
waitress has no knowledge of gluten .. only have gf bread no buns .. not many choices at all ..
A few gluten free options, not too many. But I was able to have dinner & breakfast here. I ordered a sandwich on gf bread for dinner and for breakfast I ordered gf toast and a fruit cup. All were yummy!
Gf items marked on the menu. There is not a lot to choose from but if you want breakfast for a reasonable price, this is good. They had gf toast that was toasted separately from other bread.
