Visited for lunch and I was not impressed by my experience. I told the server that I could not eat gluten and she was not knowledgeable. I asked if the Alfredo sauce had gluten in it and she thought that the egg noodles were gluten free! (They are not). She did check with the kitchen and said the only sauces that did not have gluten were the red sauces, and she made a comment that she had to struggle to even get that info from the kitchen. No mention of being able to make dishes gluten free like mentioned in other reviews. I ended up getting chicken parm with the chicken grilled with a side of gluten free pasta (assuming it is Barilla since they sell it in their lobby). Considering the servers poor knowledge and inability to communicate with the kitchen if you are very sensitive I would be wary.

Can make almost anything on menu gf. They'll boil the gf pasta separately. Seemed to have good understanding. My food was clearly marked. Also yummy.

I went to pasta too with my boyfriend who was really in the mood for it so I agreed and figured I would just get a salad. Little did I know they had gf penne! I’m so glad I asked since unfortunately some places make you feel like a burden when you ask about gluten free options. Glad I know they have it
My cousin had Pasta Too cater her graduation party and ordered GF options for several of us. It was really good. Grilled chicken with Pasta and sauce. It was easy to keep separate because we controlled the environment. I hoping to visit the restaurant soon to see how safe it is.
Yes
Gluten free pasta available (not on menu). If it's an allergy, they will cook it in separate water. A number of chicken and other dishes available with modifications (grilled, no breading).
Yes
Excellent Italian restaurant with good prices.
