Menu clearly marked with what is gluten free. Sauce with white lid is vinegar based and gluten free. The traditional sauce is not. Very knowledgeable staff .

Gluten free items are marked on menu. Not all meats are gluten free. Only sides gf are beans, slaw, and sweet potato. BBQ sauce itself is NOT gluten free. This is our second time eating here and the 3 celiacs did not get sick.

Just confirmed. Sauce has soy but they have a sauce that is more vinegar based and gf. All rubs are gf. Haven't eaten it yet... Be prepared to wait 45 min to an hour.

Amazing BBQ! One word of caution: I was told the rub is gluten free, but the sauce is not (contains soy sauce).

Amazing melt In your mouth bbq, but be ready to stand in line for a good hour. when I talked to the people who worked there they said all the meat and sauces where gf! unfortunately not many options as far as sides go.
